The Lesson
Start slow and warm. Have her lie back, relaxed, and just breathe for a minute. Agree on a signal — she can say "stop" or "pause" anytime, no questions. Check in as you go: "Does this feel okay? Do you want me to keep going?"
The outside (the vulva). Walk her through what's visible, touching gently as you name each part:
The mons pubis — the soft mound, cushioning the area.
The outer labia — the protective folds that guard everything inside.
The inner labia — delicate, sensitive, and wildly variable in shape and color; all of it normal.
The clitoris, tucked under its hood at the top — the only organ in the human body whose sole purpose is pleasure. More nerve endings than anywhere else on the body. Its only job is to feel good. (That's the part you'll return to later.)
The openings and inside. Explain each clearly:
The urethra — small opening below the clit, where urine leaves the body. Separate from everything sexual.
The vaginal opening — where penetration, tampons, and eventually birth happen. Explain that the vagina is self-cleaning, that it changes and stretches naturally, and that the sensitive G-spot area inside is actually the same erectile tissue as the clitoris, just deeper.
Why she has each part: frame it as function — protection, pleasure, reproduction — and reassure her that every body is a little different, and none of it is "wrong."
The Finish (her choice)
Pause and ask her directly: "Do you want to end the lesson here — or would you like me to help you feel good?" Only continue if she says yes.
If she wants it: slow, warm fingers. Start on the outside, at her clit, following her guidance on speed and pressure — "harder, softer, faster, slower" — and keep checking in as she climbs. Let her guide you all the way to her climax, and when she comes, stay with her through it.
Afterward, hold her, let her come down slowly, and ask how she feels. The lesson ends with her knowing her body better — and knowing she was in control the whole time.
